The little Puff dress

This is my new favourite project. Super cute, super easy to sew, and I love love love to pull the elastic through and watch as the neck line / sleeves puff up. Haha! Putting the button on was fun too. It's also the perfect item for my little one as she is busy potty training. I've also made a pair of ruffled shorts with this same fabric and hope to put it up soon.  If you like it, try it!  I added the ruffles at the bottom.
