Houndstooth Scarf /w Pockets

A belated birthday / winter gift for my sister who was in town visiting us for a week last week. 

A scarf with pockets!! Can you hear my excitement? I like it, I do..or maybe I just like pockets and putting things away in them...especially cold hands in the winter air, or a cell phone so I don't miss any calls.  Although......she will be going back home and there it is going to be summer, but of course I didn't think of that when I made it so luckily - this print doesn't go out of style!! Yay again. 

Naturally though, I am sad that she is not going to be close by forever, her visits always bring back that those sweet childhood memories of having a sister. You know we will miss you when you are not here.
