Year of the Rabbit

Happy Chinese New Years to all those who are celebrating it! This year is the year of the Rabbit and already I am finding the decorations of this fluffy little animal cute & fuzzy. It has been one of the coldest winters we've had in all the years we have been here, but finally it is getting a bit more bearable & we just arrived back home from a fun evening of dinner, red packet exchanges & basically just hanging out with family & preserving tradition I guess. Although I did not grow up with a heavy emphasis on this holiday, as a mommy & wife now...well, I really do enjoy it. Hope everyone is spending a night with their loved ones. Hugz!!
