Simple Skirt

Here is a very simply skirt for my little girl. I'd been looking at this material for weeks (maybe even longer) imagining what item it would transform into...I always thought it would be a top, but it ultimately this is what I settled on. Partly because I don't think she has any skirts...it's a very very simply item to make. I was considering adding pockets and other little details, but figured you wouldn't even see it with the print. I like the way it turned out, but I'm not sure if I would make her any more for now...somehow it makes her seem a lot more mature than she is. I guess you could say that is the mommy in me that wants to keep my little girl the way she is forever....but of course, nothing stays the same forever.
