 Bear bear Beanie

 

 I'm at it again, knitting that is. This is a super easy knit, and yes...there is the stripey wool. You simply knit two squares (I guessed how big it needed to be) I cast on 26 stitches for front & the same for the back. So when you get to the desired length, simply end and sew the edges together. Then I made two little pom poms and there you have it. She has since decided to name it a "bear bear beanie." In mandarin, a hat is a "mao mao" so with our perfect chinese-english mix, it is a "bear bear mao mao". I  couldn't figure out why a bear until my husband told me because it had "two ears" and I was like..........Ooh........I see.
