Messenger Bag (Red H)
I guess this is my first project of the year, it is also my first "bag".
I'm still not sure if it is a real bag and what it can actually be used for....carrying her doggies maybe, or some books when we go over to visit the Grandparents. I've been wanting to make her a backpack for ever, but just never ever did it (hopefully soon there will be something to show for).
But I really like this print and how light hearted it all looks. The fabric is just cotton, the inside lining is a dark print which I used here. It's actually just a bigger version of the pouch but even less complicated because there is no inside pocket. So it is super simple to make.
I also really like to personalize items, I guess it's because I do feel like we are all individuals and special / different in our own way. So here is a little messenger bag with a H. It's funny, she looks like she is also trying to figure out what she thinks of it!
