Sweet short Cardigan

Here is a little girly item. 

It's a really really short little cardigan with a long ribbon to tie it up. 

I used a grey stretch fabric to make the cardigan, and the long pink ribbon is actually a wool fabric. I like surprises, especially in clothing. So either contrasting looks, usually a solid & a print or in this case - a dark & a light colour. It was a very quick and easy make, it is very large for her...probably better suited to a 4 or 5 year old, but still.......I like it...even though it is soooooo  cold right now. I should probably be making her blankets to wear around the house instead of something so short. 

But oh well, sewing really is about enjoyment (not always neccessity)

Plus...she is really interested in trying to tie it up herself.
