Colourful

This past weekend my daughter woke me up by insisting I get her the hole punch

She kept saying, I want that thing that I can make holes with Mommy

"Get up, go get it for me..."

I kept pretending to not know where it was and needed another 10 minutes of sleep to "think really hard"  And on that went for only about a whole 5 minutes

So I do what every mom does only for her child

I got up

And I sat down and showed her how to use it

Next she started telling me to cut strips of coloured paper for her

She wanted to collect lots and lots of colourful dots

She was so proud of them, and of herself

I don't know what to do with them

But they are really pretty

And I'm glad I get to be apart of the way they see life

Jaden was just really eager to pick some up with his fingers to put them in his mouth

And that was the start of our Sunday.
